Secures consultants, specialist,
and other community resources for principals and instructional staff
to assist in attaining objectives |

Defines the program and fiscal
needs in the budget development process and assist in preparing the
annual technology budget |

Analyzes facility and equipment
needs for teaching, learning and administrative needs; utilized
information to recommend necessary changes or adjustments |
